These Terms cover both the ToonTone website at toon-tones.app and the Toon Tone mobile app. By playing here or by downloading the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them.
ToonTone is a colour guessing game. The website is free and needs no account. The mobile app offers free content plus optional premium content, unlocked by an auto-renewable subscription.
The app offers weekly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that date at the same price. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. The unused part of a period is not refunded. The website has no paid content.
ToonTone is for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to use it unlawfully, not to reverse engineer or decompile it, not to reproduce or distribute its content, and not to cheat, exploit bugs or disrupt other players in Multiplayer or Duel.
The game itself — its code, interface, texts and artwork — belongs to ToonTone or its licensors. The flags, brand logos, sports crests and characters shown in challenges are used to identify them inside a quiz and remain the property of their respective owners. ToonTone is independent and is neither affiliated with, endorsed by nor sponsored by them.
The nickname you enter appears publicly next to your score. Choose one that does not identify you. We may remove an entry whose nickname is offensive, impersonates someone or contains personal information.
Daily Challenges, Multiplayer matchmaking and leaderboards depend on our servers and may be unavailable during maintenance or updates. ToonTone is provided as is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToonTone and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
We may update these Terms as ToonTone evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
